The smooth coating surface reduces the resistance of fluid transmission, improving the flow efficiency of the medium. The UPVC material has good insulation performance and will not conduct electricity, ensuring safety in water supply systems. It complies with NSF certification, meeting the safety standards of drinking water pipelines. The threaded design is easy to disassemble and maintain, facilitating later pipeline replacement and maintenance. It has good weather resistance, can adapt to conventional indoor and outdoor temperature environments, and will not deform or crack under normal use.

The nominal size range is DN15 to DN100, with applicable outer diameters from 20mm to 110mm. The nominal pressure is PN6, suitable for low-pressure water supply and drainage systems. The maximum working temperature ranges from 0℃ to +60℃, adapting to most conventional temperature environments. The product weight varies from 0.1kg for DN15 specifications to 2.5kg for DN100 specifications. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.4mm to ensure accurate thread matching and tight connection. The thread conforms to the international standard BSPP thread specification.

It is mainly used in residential water supply and drainage systems, commercial building water supply pipelines, farm irrigation systems, and industrial dilute chemical solution transmission pipelines. It can be used for connecting UPVC water pipes, changing the direction of the pipeline to adapt to the layout of the project site. It is also suitable for garden irrigation pipelines, providing reliable connection support for agricultural and landscaping water delivery.
