It adopts one-piece forging process to avoid the leakage risk caused by welding seams; the pickling and passivation surface treatment can effectively resist corrosion by acidic and alkaline media and prolong service life; it is suitable for a variety of high-pressure working conditions, with maximum bearing working pressure up to 63bar, solving the pain point that ordinary elbows cannot meet heavy-duty hydraulic scenarios; two connection methods of thread and welding adapt to different installation needs, improving installation flexibility.

The nominal diameter covers DN10 to DN100, with corresponding outer diameter sizes ranging from 17.2mm (DN10) to 114.3mm (DN100). The wall thickness is adjusted according to the nominal pressure, with 3mm for PN16 models and 8mm for PN63 models. The weight of a single product increases with the size, ranging from 0.2kg (DN10) to 5.8kg (DN100). The threaded interface conforms to ISO 11922-1 standard, and the welded interface adapts to standard pipe outer diameters, with strong installation compatibility.

It is widely used in hydraulic pipeline systems of construction machinery such as excavators and loaders, hydraulic pump station fluid transmission loops, pneumatic/hydraulic pipelines of industrial automation equipment, and turning connections of ship deck hydraulic facilities, which effectively improves the stability and safety of high-pressure fluid transmission.
