The anti-rust paint surface treatment effectively prevents the surface of the carbon steel from rusting, extending the service life of the product. The butt weld connection method ensures that the connection part has the same strength as the pipeline itself, avoiding the risk of connection failure under high pressure. It complies with national standard GB/T 12459 and ISO9001 certification, ensuring product quality meets industrial standards. The precise dimensional tolerance ensures seamless matching with supporting steel pipes, avoiding installation errors. It can adapt to high-temperature media such as steam and non-corrosive gas, meeting the needs of heavy-duty industrial scenarios.

The nominal size range is DN20 to DN200, with applicable outer diameters from 25mm to 219mm. The nominal pressure covers PN10 to PN40, suitable for medium and high-pressure pipeline systems. The maximum working temperature ranges from -30℃ to +350℃, adapting to high-temperature industrial environments such as heating systems. The product weight varies from 0.3kg for DN20 specifications to 8.7kg for DN200 specifications. The dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.6mm to ensure accurate butt weld matching. The butt weld port conforms to the international standard bevel processing requirements.

It is mainly used in large-scale industrial pipeline systems such as power plants, steel mills, heating systems, and long-distance fluid transportation pipelines. It can be used for connecting seamless steel pipes, welded steel pipes and other large-diameter pipelines, changing the 90-degree direction of the pipeline to adapt to the layout of the project site. It is also suitable for industrial steam transmission pipelines, providing reliable connection support for high-temperature fluid transportation.
