It is formed by precise forging process, with dense grain structure, avoiding defects such as air holes and slag inclusions of cast elbows, improving structural strength; the galvanized surface treatment can effectively resist oxidation and corrosion, prolonging outdoor service life; it adapts to two connection methods of butt welding and threaded, meeting the needs of different installation scenarios; it has stable high-temperature performance, and can work continuously and stably in a steam environment of 450℃ without deformation or leakage.

The nominal diameter covers DN15 to DN150, with corresponding outer diameter sizes ranging from 21.3mm (DN15) to 168.3mm (DN150). The wall thickness is adjusted according to the nominal pressure, with 6mm for PN100 models and 15mm for PN250 models. The weight of a single product ranges from 0.5kg (DN15) to 12.3kg (DN150). The interface conforms to ASME B16.11 high-pressure pipe fitting standard, which can perfectly adapt to carbon steel pipes of the same specification, with high installation accuracy.

It is widely used in crude oil transmission pipelines of oil extraction platforms, steam transmission systems of thermal power plants, high-pressure pipelines of natural gas transmission stations, and high-temperature fluid transmission loops of chemical enterprises, which can effectively bear high pressure and high temperature working conditions, ensuring the stability and safety of pipeline connections.
