With a 10mm thick polyurethane insulation layer, the insulation coefficient reaches 0.035 W/(m·K), effectively blocking heat transfer and reducing air conditioning and heating energy consumption by more than 20% annually. It retains the traditional grey color through natural clay firing, with uniform dimensions for mechanized construction. Its low water absorption rate prevents freezing cracking and water seepage, and the compressive strength meets building load requirements. It has passed national energy-saving building material certification, solving the pain point of insufficient insulation performance of traditional roof tiles.

Each tile has dimensions of 220mm × 110mm × 60mm, with a 10mm thick insulation layer, and weighs 2.8kg per piece. The insulation coefficient is 0.035 W/(m·K), water absorption rate ≤7%, and compressive strength ≥18MPa. It needs to be installed with insulation sealing strips, 30 pieces per carton, covering about 0.75 square meters of roof area, suitable for roof slopes ranging from 25° to 55°, complying with the GB 50189-2015 Public Building Energy Saving Design Standard.
It is applicable to roof projects of rural self-built houses in cold northern regions, commercial homestay roofs in high-temperature southern regions, roof renovation of energy-saving transformation projects, and building materials supporting green building demonstration projects. It is suitable for projects pursuing energy-saving effects and traditional architectural aesthetics, reducing building operating energy consumption while maintaining the traditional architectural style.
