Adopting 1200℃ high-temperature sintering technology to form a dense glaze structure, with a water absorption rate as low as 5.8%, effectively preventing cracking from freeze-thaw in winter, and extending the service life by 3 times compared with ordinary clay tiles. Raw materials are hand-picked to avoid color difference caused by impurities. Customized sizes can match different ancient building component requirements, with uniform gaps after installation and a unified overall visual effect. It does not contain harmful heavy metals, meets green building standards, and is suitable for cultural relic protection projects, solving the pain point that modern imitation building materials do not match traditional styles.

Size parameters: blue brick specification 240mm×115mm×53mm (standard strip brick), small cyan tile specification 200mm×200×10mm (curved tile); sintering temperature 1200℃±50℃; compressive strength ≥36MPa; water absorption rate ≤5.8%; frost resistance grade F50; appearance color is pure cyan gray with matte texture; packaged on pallets, each pallet carries about 80㎡ of building materials; complies with GB/T 11945-2019 "Sintered Common Bricks" standard; single brick weight about 2.6kg, single tile weight about 0.3kg.
Mainly used for the restoration of national cultural relic protection units, the construction of traditional quadrangle courtyards, the construction of classical garden pavilions, the renovation of temples and Taoist temples, and can also be used for the antique facade decoration of high-end homestays and cultural and creative blocks. It adapts to the construction specifications of traditional Chinese architecture and meets the structural safety requirements of modern buildings, making it a core building material for restoring the style of Chinese ancient architecture.
