The feature of this waterproof grey roof tile is its excellent waterproof performance, with a seal rate of more than 99.5%, which can effectively prevent rainwater from seeping into the roof and causing damage to the indoor space. The modified asphalt waterproof coating is tightly combined with the fired clay base, and will not peel off during long-term exposure to the sun and rain. It has a frost resistance grade of F200, which can withstand extreme low temperatures of -40℃ without cracking, making it suitable for most cold regions in China and around the world. With a compressive strength of more than 35MPa and a wind load resistance of 2.5kPa, it can withstand the weight of snow and strong winds, ensuring the safety of the roof. The standardized interlocking design makes installation more convenient and tight, reducing the gap between tiles and further improving waterproof performance.

Each waterproof grey roof tile measures 240mm in length, 115mm in width and 60mm in thickness, with a net weight of approximately 2.5kg. It is fired at a high temperature of 1300℃, and then coated with a layer of modified asphalt waterproof coating on the surface, forming a complete waterproof layer. The waterproof rating reaches 99.5%, which can effectively prevent rainwater from penetrating into the interior of the tile. It has a frost resistance grade of F200, which can withstand 200 freeze-thaw cycles without any damage. It meets the national standard JG/T 235-2008 for building waterproof materials, ensuring its quality and performance. The tiles are packed in wooden crates with 60 pieces per crate to avoid damage during transportation.
This high-performance waterproof grey roof tile is mainly applicable to coastal areas with high humidity, northern cold regions with heavy snowfall, rainy mountainous areas, and large-scale traditional architectural groups. It can solve the problem of roof water seepage in these regions, improving the durability of the roof and reducing maintenance costs. It is suitable for the construction of traditional courtyard houses, cultural tourism towns, ancient temple renovations and other projects, combining excellent waterproof performance with the classic aesthetic of traditional grey tiles.
