It uses a modified clay formula, adding fly ash to reduce carbon emissions, and adding waterproof additives to form a closed moisture-proof layer. Fired at 1250℃ high temperature to improve structural strength, the surface glazing treatment further reduces the water absorption rate to less than 3%. The frost resistance grade reaches F25, which far exceeds the F15 standard of ordinary blue bricks. The dimensional accuracy is higher, the gaps are uniform during installation, and the appearance is more unified. Compared with ordinary blue bricks, the service life is extended by 40%, suitable for ancient building restoration and outdoor landscape walls in severe cold regions of northern China, solving the problems of low-temperature cracking and moldy moisture, and meeting the aesthetic needs of traditional Chinese architecture while ensuring durability.

Standard brick size: 250mm (length) × 120mm (width) × 55mm (thickness), single block weight 3.1kg; roof tile size: 320mm (length) × 220mm (width) × 15mm (thickness), single block weight 1.5kg; compressive strength ≥20MPa, conforming to EN 771-1 standard; water absorption rate ≤3%, no appearance damage or strength loss ≤5% after 25 freeze-thaw cycles; surface flatness deviation ≤±0.8mm, color difference ΔE ≤1.5; packaged in waterproof pallets, each pallet holds 1000 standard bricks, suitable for outdoor storage environment in northern China.
It is mainly used for Ming and Qing style ancient building restoration in severe cold regions of northern China, antique renovation of northern residential buildings, outdoor landscape walls, cold storage exterior wall decoration, street-facing buildings of Chinese cultural tourism towns and other scenarios. It is especially suitable for areas with winter temperatures below -20℃, solving the problems of easy cracking and moldy moisture of traditional blue bricks in low-temperature environments, while retaining the aesthetic style of traditional Chinese architecture and ensuring the durability of buildings in extreme climates.
