Compared to machine-made bricks, this handmade blue brick has more natural and irregular surface textures, creating a more authentic ancient architectural atmosphere. Its moderate porosity ensures both structural strength and air permeability, preventing wall condensation and extending the service life of the wall. It is made of raw clay and natural iron oxide pigment without any harmful chemical additives, meeting environmental protection standards. The color is stable and does not fade after long-term outdoor exposure, and it has passed professional quality certification, meeting the repair standards of key cultural relics protection units. It is easy to install with traditional gray mortar, reducing construction difficulty and cost while ensuring the overall aesthetic unity of the wall.

Each brick measures 240mm in length, 115mm in width, and 60mm in thickness, with a single weight of approximately 3.2kg. The compressive strength reaches ≥25MPa, meeting the load-bearing requirements of outdoor wall surfaces. The water absorption rate is ≤6%, ensuring good moisture resistance while maintaining air permeability. It has passed 50 freeze-thaw cycles, suitable for use in various climate zones. The color difference of each batch is controlled within ΔE≤2, ensuring the overall consistency of the wall surface. It complies with the GB/T 21149-2007 Standard for Fired Common Bricks and has obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification. Each pallet contains approximately 500 bricks, facilitating transportation and storage.
This handmade blue wall brick is mainly applicable to the renovation of national key cultural relics protection units, the exterior decoration of ancient town commercial streets, the wall decoration of Chinese-style homestays and quadrangle courtyards, the construction of cultural walls in cultural tourism scenic spots, and the reconstruction projects of traditional academies and ancestral halls. It uses traditional gray masonry method with blue brick grout, restoring the visual effect of ancient architecture. While meeting the aesthetic needs of traditional architecture, it also meets the safety specifications of modern buildings, providing durable and aesthetically pleasing wall decoration solutions for cultural inheritance and tourism development projects.
