It uses food-grade sealed packaging to avoid contamination. Its fine powder form is easily soluble in water, can quickly and evenly disperse in the food system, avoiding local pH fluctuation problems. At the same time, it has good anti-caking performance, facilitating storage and feeding, solving the industry pain points of traditional buffers such as slow dissolution and uneven mixing.

Detailed parameters: Purity 99.5% min, moisture content ≤0.3%, heavy metals ≤10ppm, arsenic content ≤3ppm, pH value 7.5-9.0 (1% aqueous solution), particle size ≤100 mesh, packaged in 25kg food-grade HDPE drums, stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 24 months.
It is mainly suitable for pH adjustment and flavor stabilization of leisure puffed foods, pre-processed meat products, salad dressings, tomato sauce and other foods. It can also be used as an anti-caking agent for table salt and a synergist for pickling agents, meeting global major food safety regulations, and applicable to large-scale food processing factories, household seasoning ingredient production and other scenarios.
