This drinking water grade PAC features ultra-low water insoluble matter and heavy metal content, fully compliant with EPA and GB15892-2020 standards. Its high aluminium oxide content ensures 30% faster coagulation speed than standard industrial PAC, forming dense and large flocs that settle quickly. The adjustable basicity optimizes flocculation performance across varying water quality conditions, keeping residual aluminium in treated water below national safety limits. The powder form ensures easy storage, accurate dosing and minimal waste during preparation, while reducing sludge production by up to 20% to lower downstream disposal costs for water treatment plants.

The product appears as a free-flowing yellowish-white powder with a bulk density of 0.8-1.0 g/cm³. The aluminium oxide content is strictly controlled between 29% and 30%, with basicity ranging from 40% to 60%. The water insoluble matter is limited to ≤0.1%, and the pH value of a 1% aqueous solution at 20℃ falls within 3.5-5.0. Heavy metal contaminants including lead, arsenic and cadmium are kept below 0.002%. Each package contains 25kg of product sealed in food-grade plastic woven bags with inner polyethylene liners to prevent moisture contamination, with bulk shipping options available for large-scale facilities. The recommended dosage ranges from 5 to 100mg/L based on source water turbidity and organic load.

This drinking water grade PAC is primarily used in municipal drinking water treatment plants, bottled drinking water production facilities, rural community water purification systems and emergency disaster water treatment projects. It excels at treating surface water from rivers, lakes and reservoirs, removing pollutants to meet national drinking water safety standards. It can be integrated with activated carbon filtration and reverse osmosis systems to further enhance water quality, and is compatible with both gravity and pressure filtration treatment processes. Typical use cases include urban water supply upgrades, post-disaster emergency water purification and small-scale communal water system maintenance.
