This food grade PAC is produced using ultra-pure raw materials with strict quality control, featuring ultra-low heavy metal and water insoluble matter content. Its white crystalline powder form ensures high purity and uniform dosing, dissolving quickly in water to form a highly effective coagulant. It is approved for direct use in potable water treatment for food and beverage factories, and can clarify edible oils and remove impurities from starch processing wastewater. The product leaves minimal residual aluminium in treated water, well below international food safety limits, with sealed food-grade packaging preventing cross-contamination during storage and transportation.

The product appears as a free-flowing white crystalline powder with a bulk density of 0.9-1.1 g/cm³. Aluminium oxide content is strictly controlled between 30% and 31%, with basicity of 45-55% optimized for food processing water treatment. Water insoluble matter is limited to ≤0.05%, and the 1% aqueous solution has a pH of 3.8-4.8 at 20℃. Heavy metal contaminants including lead, arsenic and cadmium are kept below 0.001%, FDA, NSF and GB15892-2020 standards. Packaging includes 10kg food-grade plastic barrels with inner polyethylene liners, with bulk shipping options for large-scale facilities. Recommended dosage ranges from 3 to 50mg/L based on process water turbidity and organic load.

This food grade PAC is used in food and beverage manufacturing facilities including bottled water plants, juice processing factories, edible oil refineries and starch processing plants. It treats process water for equipment cleaning, ingredient solution preparation and potable water production, clarifies crude edible oils to improve product clarity and removes impurities from starch processing wastewater for water recycling. It is also suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing water treatment and small-scale organic food processing facilities, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
