Produced with food-grade raw materials, it will not affect the safety of packaging. It can be used as a nucleating agent to improve the crystallization speed and mechanical properties of degradable plastics, improving the processing performance of packaging materials. The addition amount is low, only 1-3% of the plastic formula can achieve a significant degradation acceleration effect. It has passed OK Compost certification, meeting the environmental protection standards of EU degradable packaging. The product has good compatibility with PLA and PBAT materials, and will not affect the physical and chemical properties of plastic products.

Each bag is packaged in a 20kg paper-plastic composite bag with a PE inner film for moisture protection. The minimum purity is 98.5%, the moisture content is ≤1.0%, and the particle size is less than 200μm, which is convenient for uniform dispersion in plastic processing. The heavy metal content is ≤5ppm, with no harmful chemical residues. The pH value of 10% aqueous solution is stable at 7.0-9.0, which will not affect the stability of the plastic matrix. It can shorten the composting degradation time of PLA/PBAT materials by more than 30%. Each batch of products is equipped with a degradation performance test report.
It is mainly used for the production of PLA, PBAT-based fully degradable plastics such as degradable lunch boxes, express packaging bags and food packaging films; it is suitable for bulk procurement by biodegradable plastic processing plants and packaging material manufacturers, helping enterprises produce fully degradable packaging products that meet EU environmental protection standards. It can also be used in the production of disposable tableware and agricultural mulch.
