Sodium acetate particles are coated with biodegradable coating materials to achieve slow release, avoiding the sludge bulging problem caused by one-time feeding of carbon sources. The cylindrical particle form is convenient for transportation and measurement by automatic feeding equipment. The nitrogen content is ≥0.5%, which can provide additional nutrition for microorganisms and improve the denitrification effect. Compared with liquid carbon sources, it is safer in transportation and more convenient in storage, greatly reducing transportation and storage costs. The product has no toxic and harmful components, and will not cause secondary pollution to water bodies.

Each bag is packaged in a 1000kg flexible flexible intermediate bulk container, which is convenient for large-scale loading and unloading equipment operations. The effective carbon source content is more than 62%, the bulk density is 0.8-1.0g/cm³, and the slow-release period is 30-60 days. The pH value of 10% aqueous solution is 7.5-8.5, and 70% of the active ingredients can be slowly released within 7 days. There is no toxic residue and no secondary pollution to water bodies. It has passed the certification of the environmental protection department and meets the environmental protection requirements of municipal sewage treatment. The product can be stored stably for 24 months under normal temperature and dry conditions.
It is mainly used for denitrification process in municipal sewage treatment plants, replacing traditional carbon sources such as methanol and glucose; it can also be used for rural domestic sewage treatment stations and small industrial park sewage treatment facilities; it is suitable for large-scale batch procurement by municipal engineering companies, sewage treatment operators and other customers, reducing the operating cost of sewage treatment. It can also be used in the treatment of industrial wastewater with high nitrogen content.
