Produced by neutralization reaction of industrial grade acetic acid and caustic soda, the production cost is controllable and the price is affordable. The trihydrate form has strong stability, is not easy to spontaneous combustion or volatilize, and is safer in storage and transportation. The granular form is easy to feed and measure, reducing dust pollution, solving the dust problem of powdery products during feeding. The impurity content is controlled within a reasonable range, which will not cause additional burden to the industrial production process. It has good compatibility with most industrial auxiliaries, and will not affect the normal operation of production equipment.
Each bag is packaged in a 50kg polypropylene woven bag with a PE moisture-proof inner film. The effective sodium acetate content is 58-60%, the moisture content is 36-40%, and the particle size is controlled at 1-4mm, which is suitable for automatic feeding equipment. The pH value of 10% aqueous solution is 7.0-9.0, the heavy metal content is ≤20ppm, and there are no corrosive impurities. The appearance is white uniform particles with no caking. It can be stored stably for more than 12 months at room temperature. The product meets the national industrial chemical product quality standards.
It is used as an additional carbon source for sewage treatment plants to provide nutrition for denitrifying bacteria and improve denitrification efficiency; as a mordant in the printing and dyeing industry to improve the binding fastness of dyes and fabrics; it can also be used as a metal corrosion inhibitor in metallurgical industry and concrete early strength agent, suitable for bulk procurement by industrial customers such as sewage treatment plants, printing and dyeing factories and building material processing plants. It is also used in the production of textile auxiliaries and leather processing agents.
