This product’s modified formula introduces lipophilic functional groups, which can quickly adsorb and aggregate oil droplets in oily wastewater, breaking the stable emulsion structure and separating oil from water with an oil removal rate of over 92%. It has excellent flocculation performance for fine oil droplets, reducing the particle size of oil droplets to promote rapid sedimentation. It is also compatible with anionic polyacrylamide, and when used in combination, it can further improve the sedimentation speed and reduce the dosage of auxiliary chemicals, lowering overall treatment costs.

This product is primarily used for treating oily wastewater from oilfield produced water, petrochemical wastewater, metal processing cutting fluid wastewater, and ship ballast water treatment. It can effectively remove emulsified oil, dissolved oil, and suspended solids from oily wastewater, reducing the oil content from 1000 mg/L to below 10 mg/L, meeting the national oilfield wastewater discharge standards. It can also be used as a pretreatment agent for advanced wastewater treatment systems, reducing the load on subsequent membrane filtration and activated sludge processes.
