This product’s unique low basicity formula allows it to work efficiently in acidic wastewater environments without the need for external alkali supplementation, significantly cutting down operational expenses. It has a fast flocculation and sedimentation speed, with flocs forming within 20 seconds after dosing, reducing the required retention time in sedimentation tanks by 40% compared to standard polyferric sulfate. It also has a high sludge reduction rate, producing 35% less sludge than traditional aluminum sulfate coagulants, reducing the cost of subsequent sludge disposal.

The full technical specifications include: Active Iron Content: 19.0% minimum, Basicity: 8.0%-10.0%, pH (1% aqueous solution): 3.0-4.0, Water Insoluble Matter: ≤0.2%, Solid Density: 1.40 g/cm³, Particle Size: 0.5-1.0 mm, Heavy Metal Limits (Pb): ≤0.0012%, As: ≤0.0004%, Cd: ≤0.0001%, Package: 20kg plastic woven bags with inner polyethylene lining, Shelf Life: 12 months when stored in a dry, cool place away from moisture.

This product is primarily used for treating acidic industrial wastewater, including electroplating wastewater, pickling wastewater from metal processing, semiconductor manufacturing wastewater, and mine acid drainage. It can effectively remove heavy metal ions such as copper, nickel, zinc, and chromium from acidic wastewater, and reduce chemical oxygen demand (COD) and suspended solids. It can also be used for treating low-alkalinity domestic sewage, avoiding the need for additional alkali dosing, making the treatment process more economical and environmentally friendly.
