This product adopts fine synthesis process, strictly controls the basicity between 5%-9%, and the ferrous ion content is lower than 0.03%, greatly reducing the iron residue in the treated water body and avoiding corrosion to precision electronic components. At the same time, it has stronger complexing ability, which can effectively capture heavy metal ions such as copper, nickel and chromium in wastewater. Compared with conventional polyferric sulfate, its treatment effect on precision wastewater is improved by more than 40%. It adopts moisture-proof carton packaging, which is convenient for use in laboratories and small-scale precision water treatment scenarios.

Total iron content ≥19% (calculated as Fe), basicity 5%-9%, pH value 2.2-3.0 for 1% aqueous solution, water insoluble matter ≤0.15%, ferrous ion content ≤0.03%, heavy metal content ≤1ppm, residual aluminum content ≤0.01%, solubility ≥99%, appearance is light yellow transparent liquid or slightly crystalline powder, packaged in 25kg per moisture-proof carton, stored in a cool and dry place, shelf life of 18 months, avoiding mixed storage with strong alkaline substances.

It is mainly suitable for etching wastewater treatment in semiconductor manufacturing workshops, heavy metal capture in electronic component cleaning wastewater, and oil-containing wastewater treatment in precision instrument manufacturing industry. It can meet the first-level discharge standard of GB 8978-1996, and can also be used in laboratory small-scale wastewater treatment devices to accurately control the dosing amount and avoid secondary pollution caused by excessive dosing.
