This granular product is made by spray granulation process, with uniform particle size between 0.5-2mm, avoiding the dust pollution of traditional powder products, improving the operating environment of storage and feeding. At the same time, it has a faster dissolution rate, can be completely dissolved in water within 3-5 minutes, no additional pre-dissolution equipment is required, and is compatible with automatic feeding equipment, greatly improving the operation efficiency of sewage treatment stations. It has excellent moisture-proof performance, is not easy to caking during storage, and reduces material waste.
Total iron content ≥22% (calculated as Fe), basicity 10%-14%, particle size 0.5-2mm, pH value 2.0-3.0 for 1% aqueous solution, water insoluble matter ≤0.25%, ferrous ion content ≤0.1%, heavy metal content ≤4ppm, moisture content ≤0.5%, dissolution time ≤5 minutes, packaged in 1000kg palletized big bags, convenient for forklift loading and sea transportation, no dust release, complying with industrial production safety standards, shelf life of 24 months.
It is mainly suitable for large municipal sewage treatment plants and large-scale sewage treatment stations in industrial concentrated areas, compatible with automatic feeding and stirring systems. It can be directly added through feeding equipment without pre-dissolution process, suitable for scenarios with high requirements for operating environment such as ports and industrial parks, avoiding dust pollution caused by powder feeding. It can also be used for flocculation treatment of river dredging water bodies to improve dredging efficiency.
