This polyferric sulfate adopts an optimized polymerization process. Compared with traditional aluminum-based coagulants, it will not introduce secondary aluminum pollution, and has stronger charge neutralization and bridge adsorption effects. It can maintain stable flocculation effect even in low-temperature water quality environments, solving the industry pain point of reduced efficiency of traditional coagulants in winter. The chlorine-free synthesis process greatly reduces the free chlorine content, avoiding secondary corrosion and ecological damage to the treated water quality. The moisture-proof composite bag packaging is convenient for transportation and storage, reducing the risk of moisture absorption and caking.

Detailed technical parameters: Total iron content ≥21% (calculated as Fe), basicity 10%-13%, pH value 2.0-3.0 for 1% aqueous solution, water insoluble matter ≤0.3%, ferrous ion content ≤0.15%, free chlorine ≤0.01%, heavy metal (Pb) ≤5ppm, appearance is pale yellow amorphous powder, solubility ≥98%, packaged in 25kg per bag, stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, shelf life of 24 months.

It is mainly suitable for advanced treatment of secondary effluent from municipal sewage treatment plants, decolorization of printing and dyeing wastewater, COD removal of papermaking wastewater, heavy metal capture in electroplating wastewater, and flocculation precipitation in beneficiation wastewater. It is compatible with all kinds of conventional coagulation and stirring treatment equipment, no need to adjust the treatment process additionally, and can play an efficient coagulation effect in the water pH range of 4-11, especially suitable for sewage treatment scenarios in northern low-temperature winter.
