This product adopts high-polymerization degree synthesis technology, with longer molecular chains and stronger bridging flocculation ability. The formed flocs have high compactness and good compressive strength. After dewatering, the moisture content of sludge cake can be reduced to below 60%. Compared with traditional flocculants, the sludge treatment capacity is increased by 25%, and the dosage of medicament is reduced by 15%. It also has a wide applicable pH range, suitable for different types of sludge treatment, and can effectively reduce the odor emission during sludge treatment.
This sludge dewatering special polyferric sulfate appears as gray white to light yellow solid. The effective substance content (Fe₂(SO₄)₃) is not less than 20%, basicity is 8-12%, pH value of 1% aqueous solution is 3.0-4.0, and floc strength is ≥15N. It dissolves quickly, with sludge dewatering rate ≥88% and moisture content reduction rate ≥45%. It is packaged in 25kg composite plastic woven bags, should be stored in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture absorption, with a shelf life of 12 months.
