This product adopts targeted modification technology, optimizing the basicity and molecular structure, with stronger adsorption capacity for colloidal particles with chromophoric groups. The decolorization efficiency is more than 30% higher than that of common polyferric sulfate. The flocs settle quickly, with less sludge production and easy dewatering. It has strong resistance to water quality fluctuations, suitable for printing and dyeing wastewater with different chroma and components. It can be used together with a small amount of coagulant aids to further improve the treatment effect, and is suitable for the treatment of various printing and dyeing wastewater.

This product is available in solid and liquid forms. The effective substance content of solid form is ≥22%, and liquid form is ≥12%. The basicity is 10-13%, COD removal rate is ≥92%, decolorization rate is ≥95%, and applicable pH range is 4-11. It is fully water-soluble with no insoluble residue. It can be packaged in 50kg waterproof kraft paper bags or 1000L IBC ton barrels, and should be stored in a ventilated and dry place to avoid moisture absorption and caking, with a shelf life of 12 months.

This product is mainly used in textile printing and dyeing plant wastewater treatment, knitted printing and dyeing wastewater pretreatment, denim washing wastewater treatment, dye production wastewater purification and other printing and dyeing wastewater treatment scenarios. It can effectively reduce the chroma and organic matter content of printing and dyeing wastewater, meeting the national comprehensive wastewater discharge standards. It can also reduce the operating cost of subsequent wastewater treatment equipment, making it an ideal flocculant for printing and dyeing industry wastewater treatment.
