This high-purity polyferric sulfate is prepared with ultra-pure raw materials and vacuum polymerization process, with an effective iron content of more than 23%, and the insoluble matter content is only 0.15%, far lower than the industry average, the problem of equipment blockage caused by excessive impurities in ordinary polyferric sulfate. It has a wider pH applicable range, and can adapt to acidic and alkaline wastewater scenarios without additional pH adjustment, greatly simplifying the water treatment process. In addition, it has higher flocculation strength, and the formed flocs are denser, which can effectively separate fine suspended solids in wastewater, improving the clarity of the effluent water quality, meeting the requirements of electronic industry wastewater reuse, and reducing the cost of water recycling for enterprises.

The appearance is off-white to light yellow amorphous solid powder, the effective iron content is ≥23.0%, the basicity is 10.0%-14.0%, the insoluble matter content is ≤0.15%, the pH value (1% aqueous solution) is 2.0-3.5, the bulk density is 1.0-1.3g/cm³, the solubility is ≥95% at 25℃, the package is 20kg food grade polyethylene sealed barrel, stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid moisture, and transportation needs to avoid severe collision.

It is mainly used in the cleaning wastewater treatment of the electronic semiconductor industry, which can effectively remove copper, nickel and other heavy metal ions and photoresist residues in wastewater; it is also used in the silicon wafer cutting wastewater treatment of the photovoltaic industry, removing suspended silicon powder and organic matter; it can also be used for the front-end pretreatment of the ultra-pure water station, removing suspended solids and colloidal substances in the raw water, ensuring the service life of the subsequent reverse osmosis membrane. In addition, it can also be used for wastewater treatment of the precision pharmaceutical industry, meeting the water quality requirements of GMP certification.
