This polyferric sulfate is prepared by advanced oxidation polymerization process, with a stable effective iron content of more than 21%, and the basicity is controlled in a precise range. The floc is formed quickly, has high density, and the sedimentation speed is far higher than similar products. Compared with traditional iron salt flocculants, it has lower corrosivity, less damage to water treatment equipment, and stronger heavy metal chelating ability, which can effectively remove chromium, cadmium and other heavy metal ions in wastewater. In addition, it has fast dissolution speed, will not cause pipe blockage, solves the industry pain points of traditional flocculants that are easy to caking and uneven dosing, and is compatible with automatic dosing systems, greatly improving the efficiency of sewage treatment.

The effective iron content is ≥21.0%, the basicity is 12.0%-16.0%, the insoluble matter content is ≤0.3%, the appearance is light yellow amorphous solid powder, the bulk density is 0.9-1.2g/cm³, the pH value (1% aqueous solution) is 2.0-3.0, the aqueous solution is reddish brown and transparent, the solubility is ≥90% at 25℃, the package is 25kg lined polyethylene plastic woven bag, and it is stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid moisture and caking.

It is mainly used in the advanced treatment of secondary biochemical effluent of urban municipal sewage treatment plants, which can effectively remove residual turbidity and total phosphorus, and ensure that the effluent meets the discharge standards; it is also widely used in industrial wastewater treatment of papermaking, printing and dyeing, electroplating, chemical and other industries, and can remove lignin and chroma in papermaking wastewater, dye molecules in printing and dyeing wastewater, and heavy metal ions in electroplating wastewater. In addition, it can also be used as an auxiliary flocculant for drinking water pretreatment, improving the water purification efficiency of water plants, and is compatible with integrated sewage treatment equipment and traditional activated sludge treatment systems.
