This product is prepared through cross-linking monomer copolymerization technology, forming a stable three-dimensional network molecular structure, with excellent thermal stability and shear resistance, which can maintain stable plugging performance in oil reservoir environments below 120℃. Its unique molecular structure can adjust its shape with the flow of formation fluid, and will not be washed away by formation fluid. Compared with traditional profile control agents, the plugging rate can reach more than 90%, and the crude oil recovery rate can be increased by 10%-15%. At the same time, the residual monomer content is extremely low, meeting oilfield environmental protection requirements, and will not cause secondary pollution to the formation. It can be directly injected into the oil reservoir through the ground injection system.

It appears as white granular powder, with a molecular weight range of 15-20 million, solid content ≥92%, crosslinking degree of 5%-10%, complete dissolution time ≤90 minutes at 25℃, thermal stability temperature up to 120℃, shear resistance ≥80%, plugging rate ≥90%, residual monomer content ≤0.01%. The standard package is 50kg per case, equipped with moisture-proof and waterproof packaging to adapt to oilfield outdoor storage environment.

It is mainly used in tertiary oil recovery operations in medium and high water cut oil fields as a profile control and water plugging agent, which can plug high permeability oil layers, adjust the water injection profile of the formation, so that injected water can sweep more low permeability oil layers and improve crude oil recovery. It can also be used for oil well water production management, plugging the water production layer of oil wells, reducing water production and increasing oil production. It adapts to various oil reservoir types such as sandstone oil reservoirs and carbonate rock oil reservoirs, and the crosslinking degree and molecular weight can be adjusted according to oil reservoir parameters.
