Prepared by free radical polymerization and post-crosslinking technology, the molecular weight is as high as 18-25 million, which is one of the highest molecular weight PAM products on the market. It can significantly increase the viscosity of injected water, effectively control the water phase mobility, improve the sweep efficiency, and increase the crude oil recovery rate by 15%-20% compared with traditional oil displacement agents. The product has excellent high temperature resistance, which can maintain stable viscosity in the reservoir environment of 80℃-120℃, and excellent salt resistance, which can maintain good dissolution state and flocculation effect in high salinity reservoir water. Its low residual monomer content complies with the API petroleum industry environmental protection standards of the United States, and will not pollute the reservoir.

The product appears as white crystalline powder, with a molecular weight range of 18-25 million, solid content of ≥93%, viscosity of 80-120 mPa·s in 0.1% aqueous solution, pH application range of 7-10, dissolution time (25℃ clear water) ≤90 minutes, residual monomer content ≤0.03%. The conventional package is a food-grade polyethylene lined waterproof woven bag with a specification of 25kg per bag. The storage condition is cool, dry and ventilated place, avoiding high temperature and sun exposure, and the shelf life is 2 years.

It is mainly used in the enhanced oil recovery link of land and offshore oil exploitation, as an oil displacement agent to improve crude oil recovery rate and improve oilfield development effects. As a drilling fluid additive, it improves the sand carrying capacity of drilling fluid, reduces downhole stuck accidents, and stabilizes the well wall. It can also be used as a fracturing fluid additive to improve the viscosity and stability of fracturing fluid and improve the fracturing effect.
