Prepared by advanced amphoteric polymerization technology, the anionic and cationic ratio can be accurately controlled, which can adapt to a wide pH range of mineral slurry (pH 3-11). Compared with traditional anionic or cationic PAM, it has stronger adaptability to complex mineral slurry systems, which can effectively reduce the dosage of agents and increase the mineral recovery rate by more than 30%. The product has excellent salt resistance, which can maintain stable flocculation effect in high salinity mineral slurry, and will not aggregate due to high electrolyte concentration. Its low residual monomer content complies with international mining environmental protection standards, and will not pollute the mining area soil and water body.

The product appears as white free-flowing granular powder, with a molecular weight range of 12-18 million, solid content of ≥90%, anionic-cationic ratio of 1:1, pH application range of 3-11, dissolution time (25℃ clear water) ≤60 minutes, residual monomer content ≤0.04%. The conventional package is a high-strength waterproof woven bag with a specification of 25kg per bag. The storage condition is cool, dry and ventilated place, avoiding mixing with strong acids and strong alkalis, and the shelf life is 2 years.

It is mainly used in the flotation link of iron ore, copper ore, coal mine, and gold ore, as a flocculant to separate mineral particles and gangue, improving the mineral recovery rate. It is used for clarification treatment of tailings reservoir wastewater, reducing the suspended solids content in wastewater, realizing water recycling, reducing water resource consumption and wastewater discharge. It can also be used as an auxiliary agent for mineral processing agents to improve the effect of flotation agents.
