Post RFQ
This product is prepared using high-molecular-weight anionic copolymerization process. Compared with traditional non-ionic PAM, its charge density has a wider adjustable range, which can adapt to the flocculation needs of different water qualities. It is added with a special dispersing agent, which can greatly shorten the dissolution time and avoid caking problems. The residual monomer content is strictly controlled below 0.05%, which meets EU REACH environmental protection standards and will not cause secondary pollution. For high-turbidity industrial wastewater, its flocculation sedimentation speed is 40% higher than that of ordinary products, and the moisture content of dehydrated sludge can be reduced to below 60%, greatly reducing sludge treatment costs.

It appears as white odorless granules or powder, with a solid content of ≥90%, anionic degree ranging from 10% to 30%, molecular weight covering 8 to 12 million Dalton, viscosity of ≥30 mPa·s in 0.1% aqueous solution, dissolution time ≤60 minutes (room temperature clear water), applicable pH range of 6-9, standard single bag packaging of 25kg, storage environment requires temperature of 5-35℃ and relative humidity ≤70%, and shelf life of 2 years.

It is mainly used in industrial wastewater treatment processes of metallurgy, chemical, printing and dyeing, papermaking and other industries, and can be used as a flocculant in the primary precipitation and advanced treatment links of wastewater. It can also be used in the sludge dewatering process of urban domestic sewage treatment plants to improve sludge dewatering efficiency. It can also be used for tailings slurry concentration in the mineral processing industry, realizing the rapid recovery of tailings particles and wastewater recycling, helping enterprises reduce water treatment costs and water waste.
