This heavy-duty fumigated crate has three core competitive features. First, the full steel band wrapping reinforcement design increases the overall structural strength by 180% compared to ordinary wooden crates, effectively avoiding box deformation and cargo damage during long-distance transportation of heavy goods. Second, it adopts bolt-type sealed design, which provides better dust and moisture protection, meeting the packaging requirements of precision mechanical parts and large equipment. Third, it has passed the 1.5m drop resistance test and meets the UN transport packaging safety standards for general heavy cargo. It solves the problems that ordinary wooden crates cannot meet the load-bearing and protection needs of heavy industrial equipment, greatly reducing the risk of cargo damage during transportation.

The external dimensions of this heavy-duty fumigated crate are 2400mm (length) × 1200mm (width) × 1000mm (height), with an internal usable space of 2350mm × 1170mm × 980mm. The solid pine board thickness is 25mm, and the steel band model is Q235 galvanized steel with a width of 40mm. The self-weight of a single crate is 120 kilograms, equipped with 4 standard forklift slots compatible with 3-ton and 5-ton forklifts. It can be stacked up to 2 layers during fixed storage, and the surface is coated with transparent anti-corrosion paint to extend the service life. It comes with official ISPM 15 fumigation marks and CE certification documents for one-stop customs clearance.

This product is mainly used for the transportation of heavy industrial equipment, large mechanical parts, engineering machinery accessories, mold and other overweight and oversized cargo. It is suitable for cross-border sea freight and land transportation, and can meet the packaging requirements of exporting to major industrial markets such as Europe, the United States, Japan and South Korea. Typical application scenarios include the export of construction machinery, metal processing equipment, medical equipment and other high-value heavy goods, helping enterprises solve the packaging and transportation problems of oversized and overweight cargo.
