It adopts ISPM15 standard heat treatment fumigation to eliminate wood pests, meeting global entry quarantine requirements, and the anti-mold coating effectively prevents wood mold in humid environments, extending the service life to 8 cycles of use. The 4-way fork slot design adapts to all types of forklift loading and unloading, and the spring latch can quickly fix the box, improving loading and unloading efficiency. Compared with disposable packaging, it can reduce packaging costs by more than 70% while reducing wood waste, complying with the environmental protection requirements of green packaging.

The unfolded external dimensions are 120cm (length) × 100cm (width) × 80cm (height), and the folded dimensions are 120cm × 100cm × 20cm. The overall self-weight is about 55kg, the board thickness is 18mm, and the maximum load capacity is 1000kg. It uses galvanized hinges and spring latch structures, with a 15cm deep 4-way fork slot, covered with anti-mold water-based coating, printed with clear IPPC fumigation marks, complying with the ISO 6780 freight pallet standard, and can be directly stacked with standard pallets.

It is mainly applicable to turnover packaging for domestic and international road freight, such as auto parts, home appliance accessories, textile fabrics and food raw materials that need multiple rounds of turnover.
