This food-grade fumigated crate has three core competitive features. First, it uses 100% food-grade solid pine wood, which has been certified by FDA and EU 10/2011, ensuring that it will not cause any pollution to food and agricultural products. Second, the ventilated enclosed design has reserved 6 ventilation holes on the side panels, which can adjust the internal humidity and avoid the condensation of fresh food during transportation. Third, it adopts food-grade silicone sealant, which has good sealing performance and will not release harmful substances. It solves the problems of unqualified quarantine and food safety risks of ordinary wooden crates in food export, helping enterprises smoothly pass the food safety inspection of importing countries.
The external dimensions are 1000mm (length) × 800mm (width) × 500mm (height), with an internal usable space of 960mm × 770mm × 480mm. The solid pine board thickness is 18mm, and each side panel is equipped with 2 ventilation holes with a diameter of 50mm. The self-weight of a single crate is 28 kilograms, and it can be stacked up to 5 layers during fixed storage. It is equipped with food-grade silicone sealant around the sealing edge, and the surface is coated with food-grade transparent paint. It comes with official ISPM 15 fumigation marks and food safety certification documents for one-stop customs clearance.
