Designed to address the challenge of packaging large non-standard equipment that does not fit standard cases, this crate can be customized based on the 3D data of the customer’s equipment. Internal shock‑absorbent foam padding and custom angle steel brackets are shaped to fit equipment profiles, helping to reduce movement and collision during transit. With a load capacity of up to 3000kg, it is well‑suited for a wide range of heavy non‑standard equipment. It undergoes heat treatment and fumigation in line with ISPM15 standards, with low formaldehyde residue, to support compliance with the quarantine requirements of international customs. Hardwood corner guards further enhance the crate’s resistance to extrusion. Featuring an IP65 dust and water resistance rating, it performs reliably in complex transportation conditions including rain and dust. The crate supports laser engraving of customer logos and exclusive markings to enhance brand presentation, and all materials can be recycled, aligning with common green packaging standards.

All dimensions are customized according to the equipment parameters provided by the customer, with a conventional maximum customized size of 300cm (length) × 200cm (width) × 200cm (height). Oak or maple is used as the main material by default, and the board thickness can be adjusted between 25mm and 40mm according to the load requirements. The internal shock-absorbent foam thickness is 50mm, equipped with custom galvanized steel straps and brackets, and the overall self-weight depends on the customized size. It is equipped with standard IPPC fumigation marks and customer-defined marks, complying with the ISO 12048 freight packaging compression test standard.

It is mainly suitable for packaging large non-standard industrial equipment, customized aerospace components, precision medical equipment, and large new energy equipment that cannot use standard packaging. It is compatible with various transportation modes including ocean freight, air freight, and road freight, and is widely used in export industries such as heavy industry manufacturing, aerospace, medical equipment, and new energy. It helps customers achieve compliant cross-border transportation of special goods and supports the protection of equipment against damage during transit.
