Solving the dual pain points of poor compliance and insufficient temperature control of wooden packaging for cold chain goods, this crate passes ISPM15 heat treatment while having built-in insulation layer and sealing structure, balancing quarantine compliance and temperature control needs. The 50mm thick polyurethane insulation layer and waterproof rubber gasket can control the temperature fluctuation in the box within ±2℃ for up to 72 hours, adapting to the transportation requirements of temperature-controlled goods such as fresh products and vaccines. The galvanized steel bolts and locking clasps improve the sealing and structural strength of the box, preventing external heat intrusion and cargo leakage. It can be reused more than 5 times, greatly reducing customer costs compared with disposable cold chain packaging, and facilitating recycling and treatment.

The external dimensions are 140cm (length) × 120cm (width) × 100cm (height), and the internal net dimensions are 134cm × 114cm × 94cm. The overall self-weight is about 85kg, the base wood thickness is 25mm, the polyurethane insulation layer thickness is 50mm, and the maximum load capacity is 1500kg. It is equipped with 2 heavy-duty fork slots for forklift loading and unloading, with a temperature monitoring hole for installing cold chain temperature sensors, printed with clear IPPC fumigation marks and temperature control warning signs, complying with the ISO 14801 cold chain packaging standard.

It is mainly applicable to the temperature-controlled cargo packaging for cross-border cold chain logistics, such as fresh seafood, frozen meat, vaccines, biological preparations and precision electronic temperature-controlled components. It adapts to sea and land cold chain transportation scenarios, and is widely used in export industries such as food processing, medical manufacturing and fresh e-commerce, helping customers maintain the temperature stability of goods during cross-border transportation while meeting the quarantine packaging requirements of global customs.
