Solving the pain point of high freight cost caused by overweight air freight packaging, this crate uses E0 grade phenolic plywood, which reduces the self-weight by 60% compared with solid wood packaging, helping customers reduce extra air freight expenses. It adopts ISPM15 standard heat treatment fumigation without additional chemical treatment, meeting the ICAO air transport packaging quarantine standards. The detachable buckle structure can be quickly assembled and stored without tools, and can be folded for storage when idle, saving storage space. The water-repellent coating and pre-drilled ventilation design balance moisture resistance and air permeability, avoiding moisture condensation damage to precision equipment during air transportation, and has lightweight anti-collision buffer performance to protect fragile and precision goods.
The external dimensions are 80cm (length) × 60cm (width) × 50cm (height), and the internal net dimensions are 76cm × 56cm × 46cm. The board thickness is 12mm, the self-weight is 12kg, and the maximum load capacity is 500kg. It is equipped with 4 lightweight plastic handles for manual handling, pre-drilled 5 5mm diameter ventilation holes, fixed with plastic buckles and steel rivets, covered with water-based waterproof coating, and printed with clear IPPC fumigation marks, complying with the ICAO TI 01.08 air packaging standard.
It is mainly applicable to the packaging of small and medium-sized precision goods for air transportation and international express delivery, such as precision electronic components, aerospace accessories, medical instruments and small electric equipment with a weight of 300-500kg. It adapts to the cargo compartment size requirements of major global airlines, and is widely used in export industries such as electronic manufacturing, medical equipment and aerospace accessories, helping customers complete cross-border cargo packaging and transportation compliantly and at low cost.
