It solves the pain points of large nitrogen analyzers occupying large space and high procurement costs. It adopts a compact desktop design, only occupying 0.1㎡ of laboratory countertop space, and uses the improved Kjeldahl distillation method. No complicated pre-treatment equipment is required, and only a conventional digestion device is needed to complete the test. The device is equipped with a one-key operation interface, which can be used without professional training, and has a built-in automatic distillation and titration control system, which can realize the automatic operation of the testing process and reduce manual intervention. At the same time, it adopts a modular design, and the number of parallel sample processing can be upgraded and expanded later, adapting to the basic nitrogen content testing needs of small and medium-sized laboratories.

It uses a universal power supply of AC100-240V 50/60Hz, the host dimensions are 300×350×400mm, and the total weight of the main unit is 12kg. It can process 1-4 samples at a single time, with a nitrogen detection limit of 0.2mg N, a repeatability error of ≤±0.8%, and a single sample testing time of 10-15 minutes. It is equipped with a 4.3-inch liquid crystal touch screen, supports Chinese and English operation languages, has a data storage capacity of ≥200 sets of test records, passes CE certification, complies with domestic basic testing standards such as GB/T 24318, and is compatible with general Kjeldahl digestion tubes and heating furnaces.

It is suitable for student experimental operations in basic chemistry teaching laboratories of colleges and universities, basic quality control of raw material protein in small and medium-sized food processing plants, nitrogen content detection of feed in pet food production enterprises, and basic sample analysis in small agricultural product testing stations. Typical usage scenarios include Kjeldahl nitrogen determination experiment teaching for college students, basic evaluation of soil nitrogen in family farms, and rapid spot checks of dairy protein content in small food stores.
