This cold storage room meets the Class 100,000 GMP cleanliness standard, with a HEPA filter installed in the air circulation system to effectively remove particulate matter and microbial impurities in the air. The air change rate can reach 15 times per hour, ensuring fresh and clean internal air. The 304 stainless steel inner and outer walls are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean and disinfect, which meets the hygiene requirements of laboratory environments. The PLC control system can automatically adjust the temperature, humidity and air change rate according to the storage needs of different products, and can record all operating data for more than 10 years for traceability. It is also equipped with a dual-temperature control function, which can store different types of products in different temperature areas in the same cold storage.

This GMP compliant cold storage has an internal volume of 15 cubic meters, with external dimensions of 350cm in length, 280cm in width and 300cm in height. The insulation layer is made of 180mm thick high-density polyurethane foam, which has excellent thermal insulation performance. The refrigeration system uses a high-efficiency semi-hermetic compressor, with a rated cooling capacity of 5KW. The power supply is 380V 50Hz three-phase power, with a rated power of 6.5KW. The cleanliness level meets the Class 100,000 GMP standard, with a HEPA filter with a filtration efficiency of 99.97% for 0.3μm particles. It is equipped with 4 detachable 304 stainless steel shelves, each of which can bear a maximum load of 100kg. The internal LED lighting is explosion-proof, meeting the safety requirements of laboratory environments.
