The 200mm thick polyurethane insulation layer has excellent thermal insulation performance, which can reduce the energy consumption of the refrigeration system. The intelligent control system can automatically adjust the refrigeration power according to the set temperature and the number of access times, and can record the storage temperature data for more than 5 years for traceability. It is equipped with an emergency power-off protection device and a backup power supply, which can maintain the temperature control function during power outages. The audio-visual alarm and SMS alarm functions can send out alarm signals in time when the temperature exceeds the standard or the equipment fails, ensuring that the problem can be handled in time.

This ultra-low temperature cold storage has an internal volume of 20 cubic meters, with external dimensions of 450cm in length, 300cm in width and 320cm in height. The insulation layer is made of 200mm thick high-density polyurethane foam, with a thermal conductivity of less than 0.018 W/(m·K). The refrigeration system uses a semi-hermetic cascade compressor unit, with a rated cooling capacity of 8KW at -40℃. The power supply is 380V 50Hz three-phase power, with a rated power of 12KW. The net weight of the unit is 3500kg, and the floor load capacity is 800kg per square meter. It is equipped with 6 detachable stainless steel shelves, each of which can bear a maximum load of 150kg. The door is a single-opening airtight door with a magnetic seal, and is equipped with a special lock to ensure the safety of stored products.
