This granite V-block gauge has multiple core competitive advantages. First, it uses high-density natural granite material, which has high hardness and excellent wear resistance, ensuring long-term accuracy stability. Second, it meets the grade 0 accuracy standard, with coaxiality deviation ≤0.5μm, meeting the needs of ultra-high precision cylindrical workpiece detection. Third, it is non-magnetic, suitable for dust-free workshops and magnetic-sensitive production scenarios. In addition, the V-shaped groove is polished smoothly, which can firmly clamp cylindrical workpieces of different diameters, ensuring stable positioning during detection.

This granite V-block gauge supports custom sizes, with conventional specifications including 150mm×120mm×80mm, 200mm×160mm×100mm, 300mm×200mm×150mm and so on. The standard 200×160×100mm pair weighs about 8kg, with V-angle of 90°, coaxiality deviation ≤0.5μm, surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm. It has passed GB/T 20453-2006 and ISO 9001 certifications, with no internal pores or cracks on the surface, and the two V-shaped grooves are strictly symmetrical.

This granite V-block gauge is mainly used for the coaxiality detection of shaft parts such as motor rotors, gear shafts and crankshafts, ensuring the assembly accuracy of mechanical transmission components. It is also used for the calibration of machine tool spindles, ensuring the rotation accuracy of the spindle. In the automotive and aerospace parts manufacturing industries, it is used for the positioning and detection of cylindrical structural parts, ensuring the assembly quality of components.
