This granite straight edge adopts natural high-density granite that has been strictly screened. It has undergone three annealing treatments to eliminate internal stress, ensuring that the accuracy remains stable during long-term use. It adopts precision CNC grinding process, with a straightness error that meets the 00-grade standard, meeting micron-level testing requirements. The edges are chamfered and polished to avoid scratching operators and workpieces. The surface has been specially treated, not easy to adhere to stains, and easy to clean and maintain. It has anti-magnetic and insulating properties, suitable for precision electronics and optical instrument testing scenarios, solving the pain points of traditional steel straight edges such as easy rusting and deformation.

The material is natural Jinan Qing granite with a density of ≥2.9g/cm³. The total length is 500mm, width is 60mm, thickness is 40mm. The straightness error is ≤0.3μm per 100mm under 00-grade accuracy. The surface roughness is Ra≤0.1μm, with Mohs hardness of 6.8 and compressive strength ≥230MPa. The operating temperature range is 10℃-35℃, and the humidity requirement is ≤60%RH. The self-weight is about 12kg. The packaging adopts a wooden box with shockproof foam lining to avoid transportation damage, and a third-party accuracy inspection report is provided. Custom sizes such as 300mm and 1000mm are available.

It is suitable for detecting the straightness of machine tool worktables, the straightness of guide rails, the straightness accuracy of linear edges of workpieces, flatness calibration of flat plates, straightness detection of precision tools, straightness verification of steel structural components and other scenarios. It adapts to multiple industries such as machinery manufacturing, machine tool manufacturing, steel structure processing, precision instruments and aerospace, and is especially suitable for working scenarios with extremely high requirements for straightness detection accuracy.
