This granite parallel gauge adopts natural high-density Jinan black granite, which is processed with three times of aging treatment to completely eliminate internal stress, ensuring stable precision during long-term use. The parallelism error of the two gauge bodies is controlled within ≤0.5μm/100mm, meeting the micron-level parallelism detection requirements. The surface is finely ground without pores or scratches, with excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and no daily maintenance is required. The pair design can be used in combination to meet the detection requirements of different heights. Each pair of products comes with a precision inspection report to ensure the accuracy of detection results. Compared with steel parallel gauges, it has better dimensional stability and will not be affected by temperature changes.

The standard size is 100×30×10mm, and custom sizes ranging from 50mm to 300mm are available. The net weight per piece is about 1.2kg. The surface roughness is Ra≤0.1μm, the hardness reaches more than HRC60, and the parallelism error conforms to the GB/T 15834 standard. The working environment humidity range is 20%-80%, and extreme temperature changes should be avoided to ensure stable precision.
