This granite surface plate adopts natural Jinan Qing granite that has undergone three manual aging treatments to eliminate internal stress, ensuring long-term stable accuracy without attenuation. It uses precise grinding and manual finishing processes to achieve a flatness error that meets the 00-grade ISO standard, meeting micron-level testing requirements. The edges are chamfered and polished to avoid scratching operators and workpieces. It has anti-magnetic, anti-rust and insulating properties, suitable for precision electronics, aerospace and other high-precision testing scenarios. The pre-drilled mounting holes can be flexibly adapted to fixed brackets to meet different testing station needs, solving the pain points of traditional cast iron platforms such as easy rusting and deformation.

The material is natural Jinan Qing granite with silicon dioxide content ≥70%. The nominal size is 600mm (length) × 600mm (width) × 100mm (thickness), and custom sizes are available. The flatness error is ≤0.5μm per 1000mm under 00-grade accuracy, meeting ISO 10360-2 standards. The surface roughness is Ra≤0.1μm, with Mohs hardness of 6.8 and compressive strength ≥230MPa. The operating temperature range is 10℃-35℃, and the humidity requirement is ≤60%RH. The self-weight is about 180kg. The packaging adopts a wooden box with shockproof foam lining to avoid transportation damage, and a third-party accuracy inspection report is provided.

It is suitable for flatness inspection of precision mechanical processing workpieces, mold assembly and debugging, auxiliary workbench of coordinate measuring machines, precision inspection of aerospace parts, reference positioning of electronic components, metrology teaching experiments in colleges and universities and other scenarios. It adapts to multiple industries such as machinery manufacturing, auto parts, hardware processing, aerospace and scientific research institutions, and is especially suitable for precision processing scenarios with extremely high testing accuracy requirements.
