This granite try square adopts natural Jinan Qing granite that has undergone three artificial aging treatments to completely eliminate internal stress, ensuring that the accuracy remains stable during long-term use. It combines precision CNC grinding and manual grinding processes to ensure that the perpendicularity error meets the ISO standard. The blade and base are polished with high precision, with smooth and burr-free edges, which not only improves detection accuracy but also avoids scratching workpieces. It has anti-magnetic and insulating properties, suitable for precision electronics and optical instrument testing scenarios. Its lightweight design is more portable and movable than cast iron right-angle squares, solving the pain points of traditional right-angle squares such as heavy weight and easy rusting.

The material is natural Jinan Qing granite with silicon dioxide content ≥70%. The blade length is 300mm, base length is 200mm, and total height is 320mm. The perpendicularity error under 0-grade accuracy is ≤0.8μm per 100mm. The surface roughness is Ra≤0.15μm, with Mohs hardness of 6.8 and compressive strength ≥220MPa. The operating temperature range is 10℃-35℃, and the humidity requirement is ≤60%RH. The self-weight is about 8kg. The packaging adopts a hard paper box with foam lining, and a quality inspection certificate is provided. Custom sizes such as 500mm and 1000mm are available.

It is suitable for right-angle accuracy inspection of workpieces in mechanical processing, tool alignment and calibration of milling and grinding machines, verticality inspection of sheet metal processing borders, mold assembly angle verification, precision instrument installation and debugging, welding positioning detection of auto parts and other scenarios. It adapts to multiple fields such as machinery manufacturing, sheet metal processing, automotive industry, mold industry and scientific research metrology institutions, and is especially suitable for testing work with high requirements for anti-magnetic and precision.
