This granite V-block adopts natural high-density granite that has been precision-machined. The V-groove has an accurate 90° angle, which can the outer surface of cylindrical workpieces to achieve stable positioning. It has undergone three artificial aging treatments to eliminate internal stress, ensuring that the accuracy does not attenuate during long-term use. The V-groove and bottom surface are precision-ground, with extremely high parallelism and roughness standards. The paired V-blocks can simultaneously achieve positioning on both sides of the workpiece, improving detection efficiency. It has anti-magnetic and insulating properties, suitable for precision electronics and optical instrument testing scenarios, solving the pain points of traditional steel V-blocks such as easy rusting and magnetic interference affecting precision workpiece detection.

The material is natural Jinan Qing granite with a density of ≥2.9g/cm³. The size of a single block is 100mm (length) × 80mm (width) × 80mm (height). The V-groove angle is 90°, with an inner groove width of 50mm, adapting to cylindrical workpieces with a diameter of 20-80mm. The parallelism error is ≤0.5μm per 100mm. The surface roughness is Ra≤0.1μm, with Mohs hardness of 6.8 and compressive strength ≥225MPa. The operating temperature range is 10℃-35℃, and the humidity requirement is ≤60%RH. The self-weight of a single block is about 4kg, and the total weight of a pair is about 8kg. The packaging adopts a hard paper box with foam lining, and a quality inspection report is provided. Custom sizes with different groove widths are available.

It is suitable for positioning and clamping cylindrical workpieces, coaxiality detection of shaft parts, tool calibration and detection, precision gauge debugging, machine tool spindle runout detection, auto drive shaft precision detection and other scenarios. It adapts to multiple industries such as machinery manufacturing, hardware processing, tool manufacturing, automotive industry and aerospace, and is especially suitable for cylindrical workpiece detection work with high requirements for detection accuracy and anti-magnetic performance.
