This granite square box adopts naturally high-density granite that has been strictly screened . It has undergone three annealing treatments to eliminate internal stress, ensuring that the accuracy remains stable during long-term use. All six working surfaces are precision-ground, and the perpendicularity and flatness of each surface meet the 0-grade accuracy standards. It adopts an integrated molding process without splicing gaps, avoiding the accumulation of dust and impurities. The surface has been specially treated, not easy to adhere to stains, and easy to clean and maintain. It solves the problems of traditional cast iron square boxes such as easy rusting and easy deviation of accuracy, and is suitable for high-precision testing scenarios.

The material is natural Jinan Qing granite with a density of ≥2.9g/cm³. The side length is 200mm, and the overall size is 200mm×200mm×200mm. The perpendicularity error is ≤1μm per 100mm, and the flatness error is ≤0.8μm per 100mm. The surface roughness is Ra≤0.12μm, with Mohs hardness of 6.8 and compressive strength ≥230MPa. The operating temperature range is 10℃-35℃, and the humidity requirement is ≤60%RH. The self-weight is about 23kg. The packaging adopts a wooden box with shockproof pads, and a third-party accuracy inspection report is provided. Custom sizes such as 100mm and 300mm are available.

It is suitable for detecting the parallelism and verticality of vertical and horizontal planes of workpieces, calibrating the workbench of machine tools, detecting the positioning accuracy of fixtures, mold assembly verification, reference positioning of precision instruments, teaching experiments in college metrology laboratories and other scenarios.
