Third, it is non-magnetic, which will not adsorb iron filings and other impurities, keeping the working surface clean and accurate. In addition, its smooth polished surface reduces the friction between the ruler and the workpiece, avoiding scratch damage to the workpiece surface.

This granite right angle ruler supports custom sizes, with conventional specifications including 200mm×150mm, 300mm×200mm, 500mm×350mm and so on. The standard 500×350×80mm model weighs about 25kg, with right angle deviation ≤0.5μm/m, surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm. It has passed the certification of GB/T 6092-2009, with no internal pores or cracks on the surface, and the two working surfaces are strictly perpendicular to each other. It can be fixed with matching fixtures to meet the needs of fixed-point detection during processing.

This granite right angle ruler is mainly used for verticality detection of mechanical parts, such as the verticality detection of machine tool guide rails, the positioning of sheet metal parts, and the scribing of workpiece vertical lines.
