The surface roughness reaches Ra≤0.08μm, which can reduce the wear of the workpiece during measurement and avoid scratch damage to the surface of precision workpieces. It has good thermal stability, with a thermal deformation of less than 0.15μm per 1℃, ensuring accurate measurement results in different workshop temperature environments. The product has been specially treated on the edges to improve shock resistance, avoiding chip damage during transportation and use. It also has good acid and alkali corrosion resistance, adapting to complex industrial environments such as mechanical processing and metal surface treatment workshops.
