The surface roughness reaches Ra≤0.05μm, which can improve the positioning accuracy of workpieces and reduce the wear of the workpiece during processing. It has excellent thermal stability, with a deformation of only 0.3μm per meter per 10℃, ensuring accurate measurement results in different temperature environments. The product has a dense and smooth surface, which is not easy to adsorb dust and oil stains, and can be quickly cleaned with industrial cleaning agents, reducing maintenance costs. It also has excellent load-bearing capacity, up to 800kg per square meter, suitable for placing large and medium-sized workpieces for processing and testing.
