This granite surface box adopts integral fine grinding and polishing processing, with no splicing gaps on all working surfaces, ensuring that the measurement data is consistent and accurate. Each working surface has passed strict squareness calibration, reaching Grade 00 accuracy standard, with a squareness error of less than 2 seconds per 100mm. The surface roughness reaches Ra≤0.08μm, which can reduce the wear of the workpiece during measurement and avoid scratch damage to the workpiece surface. It has good thermal stability, with a thermal deformation of less than 0.2μm per 1℃, ensuring accurate measurement results in different workshop temperature environments. The product has a smooth and dense surface, which is not easy to adsorb dust and oil stains, and can be quickly cleaned with a dry cloth or industrial cleaner, reducing maintenance time and cost.

Standard specification range: 100*100mm, 200*200mm, 300*300mm, 500*500mm, 1000*1000mm; Custom size support: acceptable within 1000*1000mm; Squareness accuracy: Grade 00: 2″ per 100mm, Grade 0: 4″ per 100mm; Surface roughness: Ra≤0.08μm; Hardness: HRC68; Load-bearing capacity: ≥500kg; Magnetic property: Non-magnetic; Thermal deformation: ≤0.2μm per 1℃; Material: Natural high-purity granite; Certifications: ISO9001, CNAS metrology accreditation; Packing: Wooden box with fixed foam liner.

This granite surface box is mainly used in mechanical processing workshops, mold manufacturing plants, hardware testing centers and precision instrument assembly lines. It can be used to detect the squareness of machine tool workbenches, the parallelism of fixture positioning blocks, the height difference of workpiece reference planes, and the positioning accuracy of coordinate measuring machines. In the hardware processing industry, it is used to detect the squareness of small hardware parts; in the mold manufacturing industry, it is used to calibrate the positioning accuracy of mold core plates. It is an important auxiliary measuring tool for improving the processing accuracy of mechanical parts.
