The coaxial bottom light and side light combination can clearly capture the details of PCB pads and pins, and the special PCB detection software supports batch board type parameter storage, detecting multiple points with one click. It supports data uploading to the factory MES system, greatly improving the efficiency of PCB mass production quality inspection and reducing the outflow rate of defective products.
The device has a measuring stroke of 600x500x100mm, with optical magnification ranging from 15x to 150x, and a measurement accuracy of ±(2+L/75)μm. The workbench is made of anti-static aluminum alloy, which meets the environmental requirements of PCB production workshops.
