The device has a measuring stroke of 500x400x300mm, with optical magnification ranging from 20x to 200x, and a measurement accuracy of ±(1+L/50)μm. It adopts a high-precision granite workbench, and is equipped with coaxial light, ring light and bottom light three light source systems. The control mode supports fully automatic CNC joystick operation and AI automatic recognition, and the data interfaces include USB 3.0 and Ethernet. The host dimensions are 1200x1000x1500mm with a net weight of 450kg, powered by AC220V 50/60Hz. It comes with a 2-year warranty, and an automatic feeding mechanism is available as an optional configuration.
